Cowboy approved meat loaf!

Cowboy Meat Loaf
This is by far my favorite meat loaf recipe! It turns out great every single time!
Ingredients
For Loaf:
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2/3 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1-1/2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1/2 poblano pepper chopped
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- Salt/Pepper to Taste
For Sauce:
- 1/4 Cup Catsup
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt/Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- In a bowl combine Egss, Milk. Stir in bread crumbs,onions,peppers, then meat. Salt/Pepper to Taste. Mix well.
- In a loaf pan, bake in oven at 350 Degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours. Inside Temp should be 160 Degrees.
- Remove from Oven and spoon off fat.
- Mix all sauce ingredients and add to top of loaf. Salt/Pepper to Taste.
- Bake Loaf for another ten minutes.
